The special Lean Manufacturing project starts in 2017 and will be divided into four distinct phases:

• Foundations of the Lean project
• Value Stream Mapping Development
• Pilot Construction Site Flow Realization (JIT)
• Extension Plan.

The activities that will be integrated into our production will lead to tangible improvements in the following areas:

• Production planning
• Manufacturing standards (sequences and necessary activities, achieving the lowest possible Muda), through the involvement of the operators
• Internal flows of material management.
